    Usage Rules:

    - Expiry: Coupons not used within the validity period will automatically expire.
    - Applicable Scope: Coupons apply only to new car purchase orders placed during the redemption validity period.
    - Purchase & Submission: Users must complete the vehicle purchase and upload valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, contract) within the coupon validity period.
    - Personal Use Only: Coupons are strictly limited to the purchaser and cannot be transferred, sold, or used by others.

    How to Get Your Cashback
    Step 1: Redeem Your Coupon
    - Select your car brand/model on the campaign page and redeem the subsidy coupon.
    - View your coupon under [Settings > Coupons].
    - Redemption Period: Sept 1–30, 2025.
    Step 2: Purchase Your Vehicle
    - Buy your vehicle during the coupon validity period at a brand’s officially authorized dealership in the UAE.
    - Invoice/contract must be issued by the authorized dealer and valid under UAE law.
    Step 3: Submit Your Documents
    - Add the designated WhatsApp contact (+971 5264 05265) and upload your purchase documents (contract, invoice, etc.).
    - Documents are reviewed within 10 working days in order of submission (no expedited service; review time may be extended if needed).
    Step 4: Receive Your Cashback
    - Once approved, Cartea will issue your cashback within 10 working days.
    - Cashback is collected in cash at Cartea’s Dubai office; bring a valid ID matching your purchase documents.

    • The coupon is not redeemed at the dealership. After purchasing your car, please submit your purchase contract/invoice via Cartea WhatsApp (+971 5264 05265). Once verified, Cartea will issue the cashback in person at our Dubai office.

    • Yes. The Cartea coupon is issued independently and does not conflict with dealership offers. You can enjoy both the dealership discount and the Cartea cashback.

    • After submitting your proof of purchase, Cartea will complete the review within 10 business days. Once approved, the cashback will be issued in cash, and our customer service team will confirm the disbursement details with you.
