It's the first time I've seen a car being criticized by both owners and passersby. It's hilarious. Now, the sales have dropped significantly. The brand has really lost trust, and there might be a new model 001 coming soon. Of course, why do people still discuss and like a brand with weak reputation, quality and safety issues, and the fastest model updates? It's because of its unique brand power. 1. The most important point is the ground clearance reaching an impressive 17.4. 2. There's a choice between low-configuration four-wheel drive and two-wheel drive. 3. It has a large space, a unique combination of sedan and SUV. 4. The chassis is top-notch. 5. The most ridiculous part is the acceleration performance. The 001's fastest is still the 100-200, which is really outrageous. All I can say is, criticize more. Now, Xiaomi's sales are unbeatable, creating enormous pressure. Other brands are still working hard, and even with very strong product capabilities, it's not necessarily invincible.

Regretting it now, the center console doesn't support Bluetooth. I have to download music onto a USB drive, it's like using an MP4 player. I even bought a Bluetooth adapter, but it still doesn't work. Can't read it at all. I'd really like to know who designed this. Did they really save that much by not including Bluetooth? Also, the noise while driving is quite loud. It's unbearable on long drives.
I've heard from my friend that HiPhi is really popular lately and is considered the most luxurious among Chinese-made cars. Is it really that good? It seems to be for high-end consumers. Can you still test drive during the pandemic? Are there any discounts? Can someone who bought it share their experience?
Model X, 40,000 km. There's a consistent humming noise from the rear wheels while driving, most noticeable at speeds of 35-40 km/h. You can feel a slight vibration in the floor when sitting in the back seat. I've been to the dealership a couple of times for this, and the last time, the technician confirmed the noise. After checking, they said the half axles are fine and concluded it's due to tire aging. I've heard that 21-inch tires tend to wear unevenly and might need replacement around 40,000 km. The tires only have 40,000 km on them, and the tread still looks clear. Is this really possible?
4After changing to new tires, the steering feels heavier. I always used Continental CPC2, but switched to Goodyear Assurance (also did a wheel alignment). It doesn't veer off course, but the steering feels heavier, and the accelerator is also heavier. For those who've changed tires, how do you feel about it? Also, a reminder: wheel alignment is a maintenance service, not mandatory. If you choose to do it, make sure to check the shop's equipment and skills. I feel it wasn't really necessary this time.
5Does no one really care about the car's width? Including the side mirrors, it's 2.4 meters, and when folded, it's still 2.2 meters. This width feels more intimidating than the 5.68-meter length to me. When parking outside, with a length of 5.68 meters, at worst, you can let it stick out by 30 or 40 centimeters, and passing drivers can just steer a bit to avoid it. But a width of 2.4 meters really makes parking a big issue. Perpendicular parking spaces are the most common, and a standard parking space, including the boundary lines, is 2.4 meters, which basically means it takes up the entire space. If there's a car on the right side, parking this car to the left of it makes it almost impossible for the other person to get in. If you park on the right side of another car, it might be slightly better; at most, the other person might have to move the car out a bit to let passengers get in from the passenger side. Of course, if you fold the mirrors before parking, you can give the neighboring car an extra 20 centimeters of space, but most people probably find that hard to manage.
6How is the quality of Subaru cars? Years ago, I was impressed by a comment from a netizen: "My uncle's Subaru Forester is either at the repair shop or on the way to the repair shop" [cover face]. Of course, many years ago, my uncle also mentioned that the mechanics at their workplace highly recommended the Subaru XV as an excellent car. Now I'm interested in the Subaru Ascent and I'm quite satisfied with it in various aspects (previously had reservations about CVT). However, I'm still uncertain about the quality of the Subaru brand... If Subaru's reliability were like Toyota's, I would definitely go for it without hesitation... My second choice now is the RAV4 Hybrid AWD...
7To the owners of the Song Plus Fuel version, I have a question. Does your steering wheel feel heavier compared to other brands? I feel like the steering wheel of this car is heavier than the other cars I've driven. What's going on? The after-sales service said that this car has semi-power steering. Is there really such a thing as semi-power steering?
8How long does it usually take to get the car after placing an order? It's been a month now, and it's still in production... 2024 model, 2.0 two-wheel drive tech, priced at 19.8.
9The car has been driven for 5 and a half years, with 94,000 kilometers on it. I've always wanted to switch to 22-inch wheels. Since I haven't really thought about changing cars anytime soon, I want to hear your opinions. Do you think it's still worth spending the money? There shouldn't be any issues driving with 22-inch wheels, right?
10Why does this car still have a monthly sales volume of over 2,000 units? It feels like BYD hasn't really managed this car.
