When the car is not started but powered on, there are crackling noises coming from the engine bay. What's going on?

Does your Vitara make any noise when going over speed bumps? I feel like there's some noise coming from the brakes or suspension area in my car.

When starting the Jetour X90 Zilong, the throttle response is decent, and the power comes immediately. However, after reaching 70 km/h and releasing the throttle, if you want to accelerate again, there's a 1-second delay before the power suddenly kicks in. This isn't the same as getting power instantly when you press the throttle. What's going on here?
