If it's a minor issue, you can just have it polished at a car wash. If it's more serious, you can only buy a touch-up paint pen of the same color online and apply it. However, this won't look as good as spray painting.

The easiest way is to buy a touch-up paint pen that matches or is similar to your car's body color and handle it yourself. The results from using a touch-up pen are pretty good.

If a small area is scratched, you can use a touch-up paint pen to fix it. When using the pen, apply several layers and then polish it a bit. It will be barely noticeable.

You can just use a touch-up pen for this. For pearl white paint, if it's scratched, it's best to spray the whole panel. Otherwise, patching just one spot will look like a patch and won't look good. For the small chip you have, it's not necessary to scrape off the original paint and repaint the whole thing; that would be a waste.

If the car paint has only chipped a little and the primer isn't exposed, you can easily handle it yourself with a touch-up pen. Just buy one online that matches your car model's color.

If a bit of pearl white paint has chipped off but the primer isn't exposed, it's generally not a big issue if left untreated. However, you can use a touch-up paint pen to cover it, which will help prevent rust in the future. If you want to restore it to the best condition, the only option is to repaint the entire panel.
