Why is my Toyota Coaster stalling after running for an hour and then restarting? I have to wait for the engine to cool down before it can run normally again. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue?

I bought a 280 Sharan in October 2017, and it has run 38,000 km. Recently, I've noticed that the car stalls and restarts twice when auto start-stop is active. It happens when I stop at a red light; the car auto-stops, then restarts, and soon after, it auto-stops again and immediately restarts. Even after turning off the car, the fan keeps running and won't stop. Only by restarting the car and then turning it off again does the fan stop. Could the temperature sensor be malfunctioning? I got a 2021 Murano in July 2021, and just recently on a long drive, I found that the AC was blowing hot air with no cooling. After visiting the repair shop and refilling the refrigerant, the AC started cooling again. The car is just 3 years old, is it normal for the refrigerant to run out so quickly, or could there be a leak?
