Is it reasonable to buy a 2006/2007 Liana, 1.6 manual, with 110,000 kilometers? The engine doesn't leak oil, but the steering gear does. Is 6k a fair price?

Hey fellow car enthusiasts, do you also notice that when you start the car in P gear, the engine revs quite loudly, usually above 1000 RPM? But once you shift to D gear, it drops below 1000 RPM and the sound gets much quieter. Is that the case for you too?
