Why are there still cars priced at around 150,000 to 160,000 that don't have ventilated seats even though it's almost 2025?

9Why doesn't the third row of the Zeekr 009 have a heating function, even in the 6-seater executive version? In my opinion, since it's an executive version, all six seats should have heating, ventilation, and massage modes. The more luxurious the first two rows are, the more awkward the third row feels.
10Will you still buy the Sienna even though the price has increased?
