Why does the car sometimes feel sluggish and just revs without moving, while other times it's very peppy?

Why does the Ford F150 feel particularly sluggish when I engage 4WD, turn the steering wheel all the way, and accelerate?

Why does it sometimes feel like the brake and accelerator are hard when I start the car, and other times they're soft? It feels uncomfortable to drive when they're hard.

Hi everyone, I have a 2015 GS5, 2.0. When I go above 60 mph, it feels very weak and sluggish, and I have to accelerate gradually. Is this normal?
