The car's infotainment system is still on version 2.13. Previously, there were no updates pushed, and now that I'm ready to update, there's no push either. Plus, when I check for updates, it says it's the latest version. What's going on? Do I have to go to the 4S store to update it?

My device has never shown that it needs an update. What's going on?

I've already pushed it, and I'm thinking of observing for a couple of months before going for an upgrade. [I want to be alone]

You have to go to the store for version 2.13, can't push through OTA.

The new system will be rolled out around three weeks after its release. When it's pushed out, it will show up on your vehicle.

Has anyone managed to hack the infotainment system of the 2019 Trumpchi GA6 to download third-party apps, or how to upgrade the built-in AutoNavi map? The current version is really hard to use, and the manufacturer probably won't push any updates.

How is the quality of Subaru cars? Years ago, I was impressed by a comment from a netizen: "My uncle's Subaru Forester is either at the repair shop or on the way to the repair shop" [cover face]. Of course, many years ago, my uncle also mentioned that the mechanics at their workplace highly recommended the Subaru XV as an excellent car. Now I'm interested in the Subaru Ascent and I'm quite satisfied with it in various aspects (previously had reservations about CVT). However, I'm still uncertain about the quality of the Subaru brand... If Subaru's reliability were like Toyota's, I would definitely go for it without hesitation... My second choice now is the RAV4 Hybrid AWD...

Is there any car owner experiencing a noise from the right rear wheel? When the temperature is low, there's a squeaking sound when going over speed bumps. There's no abnormality during normal driving, and it doesn't make noise on bumpy roads. The shock absorber isn't leaking either. The car is only three years old, so it shouldn't be the stabilizer bar bushing issue, plus the sound doesn't seem like it's from the stabilizer bar bushing.

How fast can the BYD Song Plus Fuel version go at top speed?

When driving the Song Plus fuel vehicle at high speeds, subtly adjusting the steering feels like the steering wheel is sticky and requires some effort to push. It feels heavy, and I have to constantly correct it without any self-centering rebound force. What's going on?

Can version 3.1.9 be upgraded? It seems that versions 3.0.3 and 3.1.2 were pulled back just a few days after their release. Version 3.1.10 was just released a couple of days ago and hasn't been pushed out yet. Currently, version 3.1.9 is being pushed in China. In the U.S., 3.1.9 was pushed out in early July, and it has been available in Europe for about a week. According to U.S. car enthusiasts on forums, some vehicles experienced a flickering issue with the 360-degree surround view in versions 3.0.3 and 3.1.2, where the screen would briefly go black and then light up again. After upgrading to 3.1.9, the issue was significantly alleviated during the first week, with flickering still occurring but only going black for 0.2 seconds and then automatically recovering, not affecting usability. However, the results after one week were not satisfactory, with the 360-degree surround view showing more frequent "camera unavailable" warnings than before, still severely affecting use. Yet, some car owners reported never encountering this issue (even with the problematic 3.x versions), so it might be related to a specific batch of parts or the vehicle's personalized settings. Have car owners in China noticed this issue after upgrading, or are there any other problems?

Hi guys, does anyone know how to update the Gaode Map on the Song Plus fuel version car system?

Why is the USB on my Song Plus Fuel Version not charging? Will I have to pay if I go to the 4S shop, considering it's still under warranty? If anyone knows, please let me know.

To the owners of the Song Plus Fuel version, I have a question. Does your steering wheel feel heavier compared to other brands? I feel like the steering wheel of this car is heavier than the other cars I've driven. What's going on? The after-sales service said that this car has semi-power steering. Is there really such a thing as semi-power steering?

I’ve had this car for six years now. I haven’t driven it much—total mileage is around 90,000 km—because I don’t travel long distances with it. My workplace is close to home, so there aren’t many long trips. In terms of fuel consumption? It’s amazing. It averages about 5.8L per 100 km, so when I put in 100 EGP worth of fuel, I can go a long way. That’s one of the main reasons I’ve held on to it. In the first year, I used to do maintenance every 3 months, but I noticed the oil was still clean as if just changed, so I switched to every 6 months. Now, I do it once a year and everything’s going just fine. What bothers me is that the car doesn’t look stylish. It’s a bit cramped, and honestly, it feels kind of like a microbus—that’s the biggest thing that keeps me from being fully comfortable with it. Plus, the dashboard is all hard plastic with basic design. But since I got the slightly higher trim, it does have push-button start, keyless entry, and parking sensors. When it comes to driving, the car needs a gentle touch. You have to press the gas pedal softly to get it moving smoothly. I tried pushing it to 130 km/h once, and it started to feel shaky. The cabin gets noisy, but I just play music and it’s manageable. The suspension isn’t super soft—you do feel the bumps, but they’re not harsh. In summary: it’s a highly economical car. Fuel consumption is low, spare parts are affordable, and the engine is still in great condition. If only it were a bit more spacious and had a better design, it would’ve been perfect.
