I have a 2018 Santana, and it's been driven over 80,000 kilometers. It takes two to three attempts to start when the engine is cold. Is this normal?

Has anyone experienced starting issues with their car? This problem has been going on for over a year. I've replaced the battery, cleaned the fuel lines, changed the spark plugs, and replaced the fuel pump, but still can't find the issue. The dealership is also at a loss. Every time I try to start the car, it takes three attempts to get it running. It feels like the fuel isn't reaching the engine when starting.
