Why is water dripping from the middle of the exhaust pipe of the Tango?

Whenever I accelerate my Phaeton 3.6, there's a sound like metal clanking coming from the middle section of the exhaust pipe. I can't seem to fix it. I had it checked, and there's nothing wrong with the exhaust pipe. The dealership mentioned it's a common issue. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any solutions?
