Is unlocking the headlights on a ninth-generation Camry only possible through a plug-in? At night, only the daytime running lights come on, and they turn off after a while if I don't get in the car. I have the Shuangqing Luxury model.

Hi everyone, I need some advice. I bought a second-hand 2017 F150 XLT model, not sure from which country. Here's the issue: No matter what the setting is, when I shift gears, the low beam lights turn on. If I turn off all the lights, the daytime running lights don't come on, but when I shift gears, the low beam lights turn on. When the automatic headlight setting is on, the daytime running lights come on, and in park mode, the low beam lights don't turn on, but after shifting gears, they do. I'm wondering what could be causing this and if there's a solution?
