How's the fuel consumption for a manual Jetta 5? How about the clutch distance? Is the gear shifting smooth? If anyone has driven it, please share your experience. Thanks!

Shifting from 1st to 2nd gear is a bit tricky and can be jerky if you're not used to it, but everything else is fine.

Bro, did you buy it? How much was it?

The clutch travel is relatively long and quite heavy. But once you get used to it, it's fine. The gear shifting feels solid, and the positions are clear. The only issue I have is that sometimes there's a bit of hesitation when shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear, but everything else is good.

I've had mine for almost three years now, and it feels pretty good.

The clutch pedal on the manual Jetta feels a bit heavy, possibly due to the absence of a booster pump mechanism.

The clutch on my manual transmission feels a bit high, and I'm having some trouble shifting from first to second gear. Other gears are fine. The car is only a month old, and I'm still getting used to it.

[Just Need Some Quiet][Just Need Some Quiet][Just Need Some Quiet] I haven't driven a manual Jetta, but I think it shouldn't disappoint either.
