It is equipped with an electric motor in two power configurations: 120 kW for the standard variants and 160 kW for the higher-end models. Torque varies accordingly, with 210 Nm for the more affordable versions and 260 Nm for the premium ones. This hybrid vehicle can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds for the lower-spec models and 7.5 seconds for the higher-spec versions. All variants have a top speed of 180 km/h. The Qin L DM-i offers two battery capacity options: 10.08 kWh, providing a range of 60 km, and 15.874 kWh, extending the range to 90 km. Dimensionally, the sedan measures 4,876 mm in length, 1,860 mm in width, and 1,675 mm in height, with a wheelbase designed to comfortably seat five passengers and equipped with 19-inch tires. The Qin L DM-i is a mid-size sedan built on BYD's DM (Dual Mode) hybrid technology platform. Introduced in 2008, this platform reached its fourth generation in 2021. The DM-i variant emphasizes energy efficiency, unlike the DM-p, which focuses on performance.
