My 2013 Mazda 6 starts at 1800 RPM in the morning, then after a few seconds, the engine revs up to 2000 RPM on its own before gradually dropping back down to 900 RPM. I'm not sure what's causing this issue. Could anyone help me figure it out?

When in Park and idling, if I rev the engine above 1600 RPM and then release the throttle, the RPM stays around 1600 for about ten seconds before it drops. This doesn't happen if I don't exceed 1600 RPM. Between 1600 and 2000 RPM, there's a noticeable jolt. Additionally, when shifting gears and slowly accelerating, there's a rattling noise between 1600 and 2000 RPM, but it disappears after 2000 RPM. Does anyone have any insights on this?
