How is the fuel economy of the Toyota Allion?

My fuel consumption won't go below 6.2, and on the highway, it's between 4.3 to 5.

I tend to drive aggressively, often flooring the pedal, and my average fuel consumption over 50,000 kilometers is 7.4. However, when I'm stuck in traffic with the AC on, the fuel consumption goes up to about 9.

6-8 liters per 100 km, even more fuel-efficient than my Civic. But I want to ask, is fuel economy really that important?
