Acceleration and overtaking are fine at higher speeds. It's quite frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing the same issues?

Hello everyone, I just got a 2022 80th Anniversary Edition for 22.5k with over 30,000 kilometers. Is that a good deal? I don't really know much about this car. Are there any common issues with it? I took it for a drive and the engine seems quite loud, but the acceleration feels too slow.
