I've driven over 20,000 kilometers. Except in winter, I can go over 250 kilometers on a full charge. In winter, with the heater on, it's less than 180 kilometers.

It would be great if the manufacturer could replace our battery with one that has a longer range.

The manufacturer claims a range of 278 kilometers for the electric Lavida, but in reality, it can only reach around 200 kilometers. Honestly, the value for money of this car is quite average, and I wouldn't recommend buying it.
