Hey guys, I just got the 2024 Highlander Hybrid 4WD Premium version. I noticed an issue while driving. When I release the gas pedal after pressing it, there's a pretty loud noise when it returns to position. Do any of you have the same problem?

10Today, while driving my 2020 automatic Chery Arrizo 5, I heard a squeaky noise from the accelerator pedal when I pressed it to accelerate. When I released the pedal, it didn't return to its original position and kept accelerating, which scared me, so I quickly braked and pulled over to turn off the engine. I then shifted to neutral and started the engine, which roared to over 4000 RPM. After turning it off, I manually adjusted the pedal, heard the squeak again, and then it started working normally. Occasionally, there's still a noise when pressing the accelerator, but the pedal returns to normal. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue or what might be broken?
