At first, I thought without LiDAR the system would be limited, but after the update, my whole perception changed. On the highway, it keeps the car centered in the lane so steadily, it’s like the vehicle is nailed to the road. Even on wide, sharp curves, it glides through smoothly without that panicked behavior you see in typical ACC systems. One time, a car suddenly cut in front of us, and the system anticipated it perfectly — it slowed down so smoothly that even my passengers in the back didn’t notice anything. Honestly, it reacted faster than me — and I’m a seasoned driver! What impressed me even more was driving on a completely dark road with no streetlights. The combination of LiDAR and cameras acted like night vision, detecting and dodging a cat that jumped out of nowhere — the level of safety is on another level. Inside the cabin, the smart assistant is like a new member of the family. It responds instantly to voice commands — if I say, “It’s hot,” it cools the air and even turns on seat ventilation without needing specific instructions. My kids talk to it and play games — it even hosts quizzes and interacts with each passenger independently. Everyone can talk to it from their seat, and it responds to each one without confusion — it’s like a smart home on wheels. As for driving, the new dual-chamber, dual-valve suspension system made a massive difference. On bumpy roads, it feels like the car “reads” the surface and adapts instantly — that old “boat-like” floatiness is gone. And when I switch to Sport mode, the suspension tightens up and gives me sharp, confident handling. You really feel like you're driving a mid-size SUV, not a bulky giant.

But once you step inside, especially after hearing it's a full-size SUV, you're surprised to find the interior space isn't as generous as expected. I'm 180 cm tall and weigh 70 kg, and after adjusting the driver's seat to a comfortable position, there was only about 8 cm of legroom in the back — which feels tight for a car at this price point. That said, the interior materials are undeniably premium — the leather is soft and luxurious, and the entertainment and comfort features help make up for the space issue. Performance-wise, the 5.7L V8 engine offers plenty of power, but the throttle response is smooth and gradual. The car feels heavy, and the hydraulic steering gives almost no road feedback, with a noticeable delay between input and response. It honestly feels like you're driving on a mattress — completely isolated from the road, which doesn’t inspire much confidence if you're driving aggressively on pavement. However, if you think of it as an off-road vehicle, the story changes. The light steering actually helps absorb kickback when driving over rough terrain, and the adjustable air suspension gives you flexibility depending on the terrain. Add to that full-time four-wheel drive and multiple off-road assist modes, and the LX570 is a real beast off the beaten path. It’s a luxurious SUV clearly built for adventure, rather than sharp on-road performance.
