Hey guys, if I only drive about 8,000 to 10,000 kilometers a year, is it worth buying? Planning to use it for about ten years, but I'm worried if the calendar lifespan might affect the battery by then. 🤦♂️

For a 2018 Model S 100D with 80,000-90,000 kilometers, the remaining battery range can be significantly different compared to a 2022 Model 3 or Model Y with a 78 kWh battery. The older Model S may experience some battery degradation over time, affecting its range. When considering a used car, it's understandable to be concerned about the battery's performance and capacity.
I took a test drive in a Tesla and got really hooked. Today, an EV friend told me that batteries have a calendar life, and even if you don't use them much, they generally reach their limit in about ten years. Since the Model Y hasn't been out for many years, no one can really answer this. Do any of you with Model S, especially the older ones, have any issues with battery usage?
I want to ask, I'm planning to buy a Model X but I'm worried about the risk of brake failure.
4Is there a tutorial for changing the battery? This morning I got a low battery warning. It's been about two and a half years since it lost power.
5Can I go to the dealership to ask for a lifetime warranty for the Genesis GV70? I'm worried about the cost of parts in the future, as the original 5-year warranty doesn't seem enough.
6The battery life for a Territory PHEV (领界铂领) typically varies, but having to replace it twice in three and a half years seems unusual. It's worth checking if there are any underlying issues affecting the battery's longevity or if the specific usage patterns might be impacting its lifespan.
7Guys, is it worth buying this used car? I'm worried about potential issues and not having replacement parts. [Facepalm]
8Hello to the first batch of car owners. It's been about 5 years since you got your cars. I'm curious, how much has your battery range degraded by now? How many years can a BYD battery typically last with normal use?
9I've got a T-Roc 1.5T for about a year now, and did the first service at 4,000 km. The dealership said the second service is due either after a year or at 10,000 km. Now it's at 11,000 km, and I'm feeling that the low-speed acceleration isn't smooth. Should I just go and change the oil outside? The dealership mentioned that 10,000 km is too long.
10I'm considering getting a Stage 1 tune for my newly acquired 2024 Porsche Panamera to boost its performance a bit. I know this might affect the warranty. If I wait and do it after three years, would that be okay? Is a Stage 1 tune recommended? Will it affect the car's longevity? I plan to keep this car for quite a while.
