Can the spray angle of the washer nozzles on a 408 be adjusted? When I use it, it sprays water onto the roof and the rear of the car. If there's dust on the body, it looks terrible. Plus, if there's a car close behind, it might get sprayed as well.

What could cause the 2014 Peugeot 308 to not spray windshield washer fluid? Is it the lever on the right side of the steering wheel that needs to be lifted forward for a few seconds?
