[Shocked] What's up with this car? Starting in S mode, I floored the pedal, the RPM hit 4000 and it was still in 2nd gear without shifting up automatically. It only shifted to 3rd gear after releasing the throttle for 3 seconds.

My 2014 car has 71,000 km on it and there's been a persistent smell inside for a long time. I've removed the floor mats and seat covers but still can't find the source. Do any fellow car owners have the same issue? How did you solve it?
