In the 2014 Volvo S80, a cross appears on the screen and it goes black. I consulted and was told it might need a screen reset. The issue is that this car doesn't have a touchscreen. Could any expert guide me on how to operate it?

It is suggested to disconnect the car's battery and then reconnect it. If it still doesn't work, it might be a screen fault or a wiring interface issue.

In this situation, we can just drive the car to the 4S dealership, and let them use a computer to reset it for us.
