Hey fellow drivers, are paddle shifters useful? How should I drive on a 10km downhill? I usually just stay in D gear and occasionally press the brakes.

The gear shift light for the 150 isn't on. Could it be because a button wasn't pressed, like the ones for P, R, D?
When the car is in D gear at idle, it feels weak (like an ant crawling), but when you press the accelerator, it becomes normal. In reverse gear, it doesn't move at all unless you press the accelerator. The car is a 2016 Haima S5.
When going downhill in a Yizhi and pressing the brakes, the RPM automatically increases, which is really annoying. Is there a way to adjust this? Do any fellow car enthusiasts have a solution?
4The gear lever on this company car is problematic. After shifting to reverse, the detent stays in the engaged position even when you return it to neutral. You have to push it down to disengage. I didn't pay attention today, and when coasting downhill while pressing the clutch, I directly shifted to first gear without pushing the detent down. As a result, the car stalled and now it won't start at all.
5The gear shifting feels jerky. When going downhill, just a tap on the brake slows it down to the minimum speed. The fuel consumption is too high, basically 11 liters in the city.
6Why can't the Pajero burn out when the brake is fully pressed and the accelerator is fully pressed in D gear, with the RPM only reaching a bit over 2000?
7Guys, I'm really freaking out. Just now, while driving smoothly, the D gear light (the one on the gear shift) started flashing, and the dashboard showed "Please shift to D gear first before selecting the appropriate gear." I was in a panic and didn't know whether to press the brake and shift to P gear or shift to P gear and then to D gear, and then it prompted "Speed too high to shift into D gear (or maybe P gear, I forgot)." It was terrifying, the car felt like it was in neutral and there was no power when I pressed the accelerator. I managed to park on the side using inertia, shifted back to P gear, and then to D gear, and it resumed normal driving. I want to ask you guys, what's going on here exactly? Is there a specific part that's malfunctioning?
8My One suddenly won't move when I press the gas while in D gear today. It feels like something is dragging it. Any fellow car enthusiasts know or have encountered this situation before?
9Hey car enthusiasts, quick question. When I switch from N to D while idling and press the brake, the car jerks a bit. It's a new car, is this normal?
10When you shift to D gear and press the accelerator to start, does your car make a buzzing sound, like exhaust resonance?
