During the first month after picking up my car, the screen blacked out several times. Once, the car even stalled at a traffic light. When I checked, I found that the battery terminal was loose. It might be because when I picked up the car, I initially chose one that had a paint chip, so they switched it for another one. They were probably impatient and ready to leave work, so they intentionally didn't tighten it properly! After that incident, the screen never blacked out again.

My dashboard and central control screen have both gone black, and they went black again a couple of days ago.

The screen going black is not a big deal, but the real issue is the buttons not working. While driving, the trunk suddenly opened.

I've had my car for 2 years, and it only happened once. After restarting, there were no issues. I guess it was because the temperature was too high in the summer.

Which screen are you talking about? My instrument screen and central control screen are a bit slow to respond, but I haven't experienced a black screen. Some fellow car owners mentioned having encountered a black screen on the central control earlier.
