I saw your post on social media, and I thought Volkswagen cars were okay, but I regret buying one. It's time for the first maintenance, and they won't service it. They said the business is closed due to higher authority decisions, and they can only service it when they reopen. When I asked what happens if it expires, they said they don't know and I should coordinate with higher-ups myself. How can this be? Volkswagen is really terrible, such a scam. Never buy a Volkswagen car.

I bought the lowest trim of the automatic model. Is there a similar version? I want to ask if the trunk comes with a storage board. My car didn't come with one, and they said only the higher trims have it. Can someone explain this?
I went to check out the Lavida Pure Electric with a 346 km range today. The salesperson said the original price was over 140,000 RMB, but after the discount, it's 85,800 RMB. However, they also mentioned an additional charge of 3,000 RMB for the charging station and a combined fee of 2,000 RMB for licensing and service. But SAIC Volkswagen's official customer service said the charging station is supposed to be free. [Shocked] This is quite a trick.
Don't buy unpopular cars. I regret buying the Chery Kaiyi X3. There's basically no after-sales service, and they charge you if you're a few days late for maintenance.
4After having my car serviced at the 4S shop, they forgot to install the engine skid plate. When I went back, they claimed there was never one to begin with and said there were no screw holes for a skid plate underneath. I remember there being a square-shaped engine skid plate. Could any Accent owners let me know if your car has an engine skid plate or not? I don't want the 4S shop to fool me.
5I've got a T-Roc 1.5T for about a year now, and did the first service at 4,000 km. The dealership said the second service is due either after a year or at 10,000 km. Now it's at 11,000 km, and I'm feeling that the low-speed acceleration isn't smooth. Should I just go and change the oil outside? The dealership mentioned that 10,000 km is too long.
6To the owners of the Song Plus Fuel version, I have a question. Does your steering wheel feel heavier compared to other brands? I feel like the steering wheel of this car is heavier than the other cars I've driven. What's going on? The after-sales service said that this car has semi-power steering. Is there really such a thing as semi-power steering?
7My car is just over 3 years old and has only 36,000 kilometers on it. The electric tailgate is acting up right after the warranty expired for a month. So frustrating! I asked about it, and they said it would cost over 2,000 to replace. Plus, at the 4S shop, they just told me it's out of warranty...
8I have a question for the owners of the 4WD version of this car. Today, I asked a friend if setting the 4WD selector to 2WD on the Outlander Sport makes the fuel consumption the same as the 2WD version. He said no, even if you set it to 2WD, there's still some power loss, and the fuel consumption is higher than the pure 2WD version. Is that true, folks?
9Today, I saw a Land Rover Defender and thought it looked really cool. I chatted with the owner for a bit and mentioned that it looks similar to the Tank 300. The owner said that this car could buy 20 Tank 300s. Is that true?
10I've had my car for over a year, and the auto start-stop has never worked. I went to the dealership, and after a test drive, the service staff said it works, but I need to turn off the AC for it to function. I've turned it off, but it still hasn't activated. How do you guys use it?
