My engine malfunction light and regeneration indicator are both on, and it says that the exhaust emissions are too high. The decoder can't access the system either. What should I do about this?

There's a noise coming from the transmission, but when I press the clutch, it stops. The dealership said it's an issue with the clutch disc, and they've already replaced it. But the problem still isn't solved!
