How do you remove the gear knob from this car? I want to replace it with a new one.

I replaced the LED headlights, and now the headlight adjustment doesn't work. Does anyone know if this will affect the car? Should I go to the 4S shop to fix it?

I bought my Hyundai Reina at the end of 2017, and it's been almost 4 years. Since January 2021, I've noticed that the front left wheel pulls to the left. When I let go of the steering wheel, it veers to the left! Can someone explain this? 😊
