Exterior Design
The Hongqi HS5 features the classic waterfall-style grille synonymous with the Hongqi family, paired with a bold front fascia that conveys the brand's signature elegance.
Moreover, the Qi Zhi LED lighting system not only enhances the vehicle’s recognizability but also improves safety with features like adaptive height adjustment and automatic switching between high and low beams, ensuring excellent visibility in varying road conditions.
Interior and Comfort
The HS5's seats are upholstered in Nappa leather and Alcantara, featuring ventilation capabilities to provide ultimate comfort in desert climates.
The driver's seat offers 12-way electric adjustments, while the passenger seat has 8-way adjustments. Seat memory functions allow drivers to easily set and return to their most comfortable driving position.
In addition, the interior boasts 253 adjustable ambient light colors and a BOSE Centerpoint® surround sound system, creating an audio experience akin to a cinema, enhancing the enjoyment of long journeys.

The Hongqi HS5 is equipped with a 2.0T turbocharged direct injection engine delivering 223 horsepower and a peak torque of 340 Nm. Paired with a six-speed automatic transmission provided by Aisin, the engine balances smooth acceleration with fuel efficiency and emissions.
The HS5 features five driving modes: Economy, Comfort, Sport, Off-road, and Snow, each optimizing the driving experience for various conditions. Additionally, the latest generation BorgWarner electromagnetic all-wheel-drive system precisely controls tire torque, significantly enhancing off-road capabilities.

The Hongqi HS5 is equipped with the Hongqi HC2.0 intelligent cockpit system, supporting advanced voice interaction, allowing users to control numerous features through voice commands for true human-vehicle interaction.
Furthermore, the HS5 includes several smart driving assist features, such as Smart Adaptive Cruise Control (SACC), an automatic parking system, 360-degree panoramic imaging, blind-spot monitoring, forward collision warning, and automatic emergency braking (AEB). These not only make driving more convenient but also significantly enhance vehicular safety.
