The customer experience begins at the entrance gate, where a receptionist greets customers and directs them either to a sales consultant or to scan a QR code to receive a queue number. This approach ensures smooth traffic flow, reduces waiting times, and delivers personalized service tailored to each visitor’s needs.

A sales consultant welcomes each customer in the dedicated guest lounge, offering impeccable hospitality. Next, the consultant guides them on a detailed tour of the Changan UNI lineup, highlighting every model’s design, performance, and integrated technologies. Finally, customers take a test drive on the on site track to experience the engine’s capabilities and the suspension’s responsiveness in realistic driving conditions.
Completing Purchase Procedures
Once the customer decides to purchase, the sales consultant explains the available promotions, financing options, and cash payment methods. The customer then completes the sales agreement and submits either the initial deposit or the full payment. This stage ends when the buyer is directed to a delivery coordinator, who schedules the handover appointment and issues the official documents along with a clear overview of post-sale services.
Maintenance Procedures and Documentation

The spare parts warehouse covers 800 square meters and houses over 20,000 genuine parts for all Changan models, from consumables to body components. Clients obtain a queue number by scanning a QR code and complete their parts purchase in under ten minutes, demonstrating the center’s commitment to fast, accurate service.
Certified Used Cars Section
The center places special emphasis on its certified used Changan cars, subjecting each vehicle to more than one hundred technical inspections.
