The automotive world is abuzz as Dodge prepares to unveil the exclusive first edition of the all-new 2024 Charger Daytona electric muscle car in the coming weeks, with some specifications and options already leaked. 
Key Features and Specifications of the 2024 Charger Daytona First Edition
The first edition of the Charger Daytona 2024 will be available in two main trims: the R/T trim featuring dual electric motors producing 496 horsepower and 548 Nm of torque, and the Scat Pack trim, also with dual motors, generating a total of 670 horsepower and 850 Nm of torque. 
Features and specifications for the Charger Daytona
R/T trim include:
16-inch gauges
Leather sport seats with front seat ventilation and rear seat heating - Ambient interior lighting
LED headlights with illuminated door handles
Fixed glass roof - Premium Alpine audio system with 18 speakers - 20-inch aluminum wheels
Red seats with silver and red stitching
The exclusive first edition Scat Pack trim will include most of the above features, plus:
16-inch high-performance red Brembo brakes
A dedicated data collection system for vehicle experience monitoring

The Heaviest Muscle Car Yet
Notably, the new Charger Daytona will be the heaviest muscle car in history, weighing in at 2650 kg, primarily due to the heavy electric motors and battery. Dodge previously stated that the Charger Daytona supports a range of 418 to 518 kilometers per charge, depending on the trim. The Scat Pack version boasts impressive acceleration, going from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.3 seconds and completing a quarter-mile in 11.5 seconds. 
When Will We See the Gasoline Version?
Dodge plans to release an internal combustion version of the Charger named Sixpack in 2025, featuring the renowned 3.0-liter twin-turbo Hurricane six-cylinder engine, available in either 420 horsepower or 550 horsepower variants.
