Jetour is set to redefine the hybrid SUV experience with the launch of the extended edition of its T2 model, now available for pre order in China at a starting price of 199,900 CNY (100,827 AED). Building on the success of the standard five seater version, which is currently available in Gulf markets, this upgraded model offers increased practicality and refined performance, making it an ideal option for families seeking versatility with power.
More Space for Greater Comfort
In this updated edition, Jetour has extended the vehicle’s body length by 249 mm, reaching a total of 5034 mm while maintaining a width of 2006 mm and height of 1880 mm. The wheelbase remains unchanged at 2800 mm. By extending the space between the C and D pillars, the car now accommodates a 2+3+2 seven seater configuration. With the second and third rows folded, cargo capacity expands to 1653 liters, ideal for long road trips or active lifestyles.
The design keeps its rugged, boxy character with quad point LED daytime running lights and a bold black front grille showcasing the Jetour logo in English. Additional exterior enhancements include a panoramic sunroof, privacy glass, roof rails, and wheels in either 19 or 20 inch sizes. At the rear, the license plate shifts to the left, while the side opening tailgate remains, now supported by optional electric closing features and ready for towing with integrated electric connectors and tow hook provisions.

Powering the T2 Extended Edition is Chery’s advanced Kunpeng CDM hybrid system, which combines a 1.5 liter turbocharged engine producing 115 kW with a three speed DHT hybrid transmission and a rear mounted P4 electric motor. Buyers can choose between battery configurations: 26.7 kWh for up to 120 km of electric range or a 43.24 kWh pack offering up to 206 km. Total range can reach an impressive 1300 km, with fuel consumption as low as 6.53 L/100 km.
