The ZEEKR 001 FR is recognized as a high-spec electric vehicle, equipped with four motors that deliver 1265 horsepower, significantly outperforming the 1020 horsepower of the Tesla Model S Plaid.
This vehicle can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.07 seconds, while the Tesla takes 1.99 seconds. Though in terms of top speed, Tesla's Plaid version leads at 322 km/h over the ZEEKR 001 FR, the latter's four-motor configuration allows for independent wheel control, offering superior handling capabilities.
The ZEEKR 001 FR is also outfitted with a carbon fiber aerodynamic package to reduce weight, and it features an AP Racing brake system for exceptional braking performance. It comes with 22-inch high-performance tires to enhance grip. The car utilizes an 800-volt electric platform, providing high charging efficiency that allows it to charge from 10% to 80% in just 15 minutes.
The battery is supplied by CATL, with an estimated range of 1031 km on a single charge. The ZEEKR is expected to enter the North American market in 2025.
