Toyota has launched its latest compact crossover, the Urban Cruiser Hyryder, in the Indian market. This exciting new model shares its underpinning, engine options, and technology with the Suzuki Fronx, but stands out with unique Toyota aesthetics.

Affordable Pricing for the 2024 Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder 

The Urban Cruiser Hyryder will be available in India starting from May 2024, with a competitive price beginning at approximately $10,400, translating to around 40,000 SAR for various trims.

Toyota has made a concerted effort to distinguish the Hyryder from its Suzuki sibling through a striking new grille design, revised front and rear lights, and stylish new 16-inch alloy wheels.

The interior of the Urban Cruiser Hyryder mirrors that of the Suzuki Fronx, boasting features that include:

The new 2024 Toyota Hyryder is set to offer several engine options in India, including a naturally aspirated 1.2-liter gasoline engine that generates 90 horsepower and 113 Nm of torque, a turbocharged 1.0-liter gasoline engine with 100 horsepower and 148 Nm of torque, and a 1.2-liter engine that runs on compressed natural gas (CNG) producing 77.5 horsepower and 98.5 Nm of torque.

This vehicle will compete against rivals such as the Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, and even the Suzuki Fronx in the compact crossover segment within the Indian market.
