The AR-HUD system in the Xpeng G7 features a massive panoramic 87 inch display that projects driving information directly onto the windshield, adapting seamlessly to road conditions and geographic location. This advanced technology covers a wide range of driving environments, including main and auxiliary roads, intersections, roundabouts, slopes, tunnels, elevated highways, and irregular junctions, enhancing the driver's real time awareness of their surroundings.
The display offers exceptional color accuracy, covering 85 percent of the NTSC color gamut, with brightness exceeding 12,000 nits per square meter and a contrast ratio of 1800:1. This ensures crisp, clear visibility in all lighting conditions, day or night.
The system relies on in house developed LCoS (Liquid Crystal on Silicon) projection units, paired with automotive grade chips and supported by advanced algorithms for image stabilization, tilt compensation, and latency correction. Together, these technologies minimize motion induced vibrations, ensuring a stable display that allows the driver to stay focused and make quick decisions without diverting attention from the road.

Together, these capabilities enhance the driver’s control while reducing reliance on traditional instrument panels, minimizing visual distractions, and significantly improving safety during everyday driving.
Anticipated Launch of the Xpeng G7 with a Competitive Price Tag to Boost Market Presence
Xpeng is gearing up for the official debut of its all new electric SUV, the G7, on June 11, with pre orders opening the same day. Deliveries are expected to begin in the third quarter of the year. Priced from approximately 250,000 Chinese yuan (around 36,000 USD or 127,942 AED), the G7 is set to compete aggressively in the mid-size electric SUV segment, offering cutting edge technology and a spacious, comfort focused interior.
Built on Xpeng’s proprietary XNGP intelligent driving platform, the G7 benefits from real world driving data accumulated over millions of kilometers. This allows it to deliver precise navigation, advanced obstacle avoidance, and adaptive control tailored to varying road conditions.
