2024 Jetour Shanhai T2 in-depth Walkaround Jetour has officially opened pre-sales for its Shanhai T2 light off-road plug-in hybrid SUV, with prices ranging from 184,900 to 216,900 yuan (approximately 25,500 to 30,000 USD). The SUV is available in three models and is essentially a rebadged version of the Jetour Traveller C-DM. The Shanhai T2 is designed as a light off-road SUV, featuring a boxy shape and an external spare tire cover at the rear. Its dimensions are 4785 mm in length, 2006 mm in width, and 1875 mm (or 1910 mm) in height, with a wheelbase of 2800 mm. Inside the cabin, the Shanhai T2 is equipped with a 10.25-inch instrument panel and a 15.6-inch central control screen, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip. The SUV offers a 2+3 seating arrangement, accommodating up to five passengers. Additional features include keyless entry, APP remote control, 50 W wireless charging for mobile phones, steering wheel heating, and electrically adjustable seats. The entire Shanhai T2 series is powered by Chery's Kunpeng Super Performance Electric Hybrid C-DM system, which includes a fifth-generation ACTECO 1.5TGDI hybrid engine paired with a permanent magnet synchronous motor and a 3-speed DHT. The engine generates 115 kW of power and 220 Nm of torque, while the electric motor produces 165 kW and 390 Nm of torque. Together, the dual motor setup provides a combined output of 280 kW and 610 Nm of torque. The three available models offer different battery capacities and electric ranges. The 129KM Yuanye and Linye models are equipped with a 26.7 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery from CALB, offering a pure electric range of 129 km (CLTC) and a top speed of 197 km/h. The 208KM Shanye model features a larger 43.24 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery from CATL, providing a pure electric range of 208 km (CLTC) and a top speed of 210 km/h.
