As an owner of the 2025 NIO ET5, I wanted to share my honest experience — it has its highs and a few areas that could improve, and maybe it'll help anyone considering this car. First off, the exterior is absolutely stunning. The fastback design is sleek and sporty, and whenever I park it, people can’t help but stop and stare — even my friends keep looking at it every time they see it! Performance-wise, it’s impressive. I have the dual-motor, all-wheel-drive version, with a claimed 0–100 km/h in 4 seconds. Honestly, when I step on the pedal, it gives me that instant push back into the seat — especially at traffic lights, it just flies ahead and leaves everyone behind. The NOMI smart assistant is super fun, especially for the kids. They love interacting with it like it’s a buddy, and I personally use it a lot to turn on seat ventilation and massage — it’s really convenient. And when it comes to charging, NIO’s battery swap stations are a game changer for me. There’s one near my house, and I can swap a battery in about 3–4 minutes — no need to wait hours for charging. Even on rainy days, I just drive in, swap, and go. Of course, no car is perfect. The rear seats are a bit tight, especially for taller passengers. And during holidays or in busy shopping areas, there can be a wait for battery swaps — but most days, it’s fine. Overall, I genuinely like the ET5 more than any other EV I’ve tried. Its design stands out — it doesn’t look like every other electric car on the road. As for the range, I personally tested it from 80% down to 20% and got a real-world 300 km. If you’ve got access to battery swap or charging, range anxiety isn’t really an issue. In short, if you’re looking for style, tech, and power all in one package, I definitely recommend giving this car a try.

4Hi everyone, I've been having issues with my Hongqi H7 where the side mirrors often don't fold when I lock the car and the seat adjustment occasionally fails too. I noticed these problems tend to occur together. I had the wiring checked and charged the battery, which fixed it for a while, but then it started happening again. I thought it might be the battery losing charge, so I replaced it. It was fine at first, but then the problems came back. The mirrors fold manually without any issues inside the car; it's just when I lock the car that they don't fold, and the seat adjustment also fails!
5I always charge when my battery is between 10-20%. I see many people start charging at 30%. Does charging at 30% really help protect the battery better? And do you guys wait until it’s 100% full before unplugging?
6Are there any 18-year Honda City owners here? Could you take a picture of your car's battery? After my car was repaired outside, it wouldn't start after a few days. I suspect the shop might have swapped my battery.
7The car looks pretty good, and I really like it. I'm not sure if there's a manual transmission available this time. I personally prefer it, as driving a manual gives a better feel.

10Has any owner of the 3-motor version of the XP noticed a 4% drop in battery health after six months? I personally feel that I've taken good care of the battery, usually charging between 50% to 80% (slow charging), rarely using fast charging, and charging to 100% no more than five times. When not in use, I keep it plugged in and haven't driven aggressively or used the straight-line speed mode. Despite this, the battery health has still dropped by 4% in six months. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?
