I choose the Road Lightning ES200.

I have an S90 myself, and my girlfriend drives an ES. I've driven both. Apart from being more worry-free, fuel-efficient, and cheaper to maintain, the ES doesn't match the driving quality of the S90, especially on the highway. If your girlfriend isn't particularly knowledgeable about cars, I'd suggest the ES since it's indeed more worry-free. Also, just to clarify, the maintenance for the S90 isn't expensive anymore; that's just a stereotype. [I want to be alone]

I've also checked out the S90 before. Its chassis is quite decent and overall more comfortable than the XC60. But my budget allows for a 300h, so you know what I mean [smirk].

I suggest choosing the ES 200. The interior of Volvo tends to be outdated and not frequently updated. Maintenance for Volvo is quite expensive. In terms of second-tier luxury, the real luxury is in the after-sales service. When it comes to the cost of using the car, Lexus is more appealing.

Buying the S90, great handling! 😁

Considering keeping the car for ten years, would you choose the ES or the S90?

Particulate filter, 48V mild hybrid, oil burning, and non-disable start-stop system—these are not concerns with the ES.

It depends on your driving habits. If you're buying a car for family use and daily commuting, prioritizing comfort and fuel economy, then go for a Lexus. If you tend to drive more aggressively, consider getting a Volvo S90.

The S90 feels a bit old-fashioned, go for the Lexus.

This is definitely about the ES. As for the S90, the cost of using the car is another story. The fuel consumption is so high that you wouldn't even want to drive it.
