Gear shifting issue: When the car is cold and I switch from reverse to drive, it rolls back a bit after releasing the brake before moving forward. This doesn't happen when the car is warm. Anyone else experiencing this? It's a 2019 model with 80,000 kilometers on it.

9I recently got a CX-5 less than a month ago, and I noticed that when starting the car cold and shifting to D gear, there's a noticeable "jerking" sensation as the car moves forward. After driving for a while and the car warms up, when switching between N and D gear, the jerking sensation is still there but much less noticeable. Is this normal?
10When starting on a slope with a temporary license plate and using auto hold at a gate, the car tends to roll back when pressing the accelerator after the gate opens. Have any experienced car owners encountered this issue? How do you solve it? Should I use the electronic handbrake? PS. I didn't have this problem with my previous Volkswagen Golf. When stopped on a slope, I just kept the brake pressed and it moved forward when I pressed the accelerator, without rolling back.
