Is the two-door version of the Jeep Wrangler worth buying if I'm traveling solo across the country at 36, without carrying too much luggage and not planning to go off-road? Just asking fellow car enthusiasts if this car is worth it or if there are better recommendations. I don't like large or long vehicles.

21 Dark Special Edition, original paint, green, registered in October 2021. Comes with imported Rollypus invisible car film (worth around 30,000). Mileage is 17,000 kilometers, no off-road history, regularly maintained, excellent condition. How much can it sell for? The 21 version has the highest configuration, with a large screen, electric suction doors, and nothing has been downgraded.
I want to buy a 2.8T Wrangler. Can you guys tell me if it's worth buying? I don't go off-road; I just like the Wrangler.
4I bought the full-option 600 km version of the electric EZ6, and honestly, I’m very satisfied with it. It really drives like a petrol car — the transition was easy, and I didn’t feel much difference. I only use it in the city, and so far, it’s averaging around 11.3 kWh per 100 km, which is excellent. The car is rear-wheel drive with an impressively tuned suspension. Cornering at 60–80 km/h feels smooth and stable — it really grips the road, making it perfect for mountain roads. I honestly wouldn’t recommend test driving it unless you’re ready to buy — it’s that convincing! The interior is elegant, with 14 speakers and great sound quality. However, one small issue: there’s no light on the vanity mirror, which can be a bit annoying. After installing the rear spoiler, I noticed what seemed like improved efficiency — maybe due to better aerodynamics, or maybe just my imagination. In eco mode, the car can get close to 600 km of range in the city — without using the A/C. In summer with A/C on, it drops to around 550 km. If you switch to sport mode and drive over 100 km/h, the consumption can go over 15 kWh per 100 km. One downside is the limited infotainment system — despite the great sound system, you’re mostly stuck with music. Also, some settings have to be manually re-enabled every time you start the car — probably for safety reasons. As for comfort, my family loves it — especially the kids in the back. The wireless phone charger works perfectly, and Bluetooth connects quickly. The trunk is very spacious, and there’s even extra storage under the hood, which is great. I take good care of the car — I always use a car cover when parking outside, and the interior really gives off a premium feel. During the day, I try to save energy by turning off unnecessary lights and filters. One feature I really love is the remote parking after getting out — it’s super accurate and genuinely useful. Honestly, it’s a great car and definitely worth test driving if you’re considering an EV.
5Since this is our first family car, we decided to go with a petrol vehicle that’s suitable for both city driving and long trips. After trying out and comparing many cars — Korean, Japanese, and even some Chinese hybrids — we finally chose the 2025 Changan Eado High-Energy Edition. Honestly, the first thing that made me choose it was the design — I really liked how the car looks, and the color matched my personal taste perfectly. The second reason was the engine — the 1.5L turbo is more than enough for highway driving. Even though it's a small engine, it delivers excellent power on the road, and at the same time, it’s fuel-efficient in the city — unlike a 2.0L that would consume more. The third and most important reason was the price — I see it as an excellent deal. I ended up with a good-looking car that’s packed with features. As for daily use, both my wife and I are new drivers, so having 360° cameras was a huge plus — it helped us a lot with parking and narrow roads. Honestly, without them, we wouldn’t have dared to enter many places. The car's performance is solid, acceleration is great, and just a slight push on the gas gets it moving quickly. The space is also impressive — three people can sit comfortably in the back, and the trunk has enough room for travel and groceries when we return from family visits. The smart features are also really helpful — I can use voice commands to control the A/C, start navigation, or play music without taking my hands off the steering wheel. On top of that, the car has a built-in dashcam that records continuously. Just insert a memory card and it overwrites old footage automatically. Exporting videos is easy too. In short, for around AED 70,000, I got a car that meets all my needs and protects me from the heat and the rain. It’s been an excellent experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a practical and affordable car.
6I bought the 2025 Passat 380 Star Edition, and since we already have a 2024 330 Elite model at home, I was able to directly compare the two. The main differences come down to a few added features — like extra millimeter-wave radars, one additional camera, and three more ultrasonic sensors. Most of the other specs are nearly identical. The biggest improvement I noticed is in the adaptive cruise control, which is now more responsive and accurate. The rear parking sensors also trigger more easily. Fuel consumption is actually quite good: on highways and elevated roads, it averages around 7.1 L/100 km — nearly the same as the 330 (which ranges between 6.8 to 7.2 L). As for space, it's one of the main reasons I chose this car. We’ve got kids in the family, and this car is mainly for weekend outings and family use. Compared to the Magotan, the Passat offers better ride comfort, and its 2.87m wheelbase ensures a roomy interior. Feature-wise, the Passat covers everything needed for daily use: side mirrors that tilt automatically when reversing, ventilated and heated seats, auto hold, adaptive cruise, and active braking. It’s all there and makes daily driving much more convenient. Now for the downsides: the infotainment system feels outdated. The screen is too small, there's no built-in navigation worth using, and no wireless phone connectivity, which is a letdown in 2025. Also, there’s still a bit of jerkiness at low speeds that hasn’t been addressed. The gear shifter is still wrapped in leather but looks pretty basic. Overall, at this price point, the Passat is still a solid choice. It doesn’t have any major flaws, and it’s a good all-around car — perfect for someone who wants a reliable, practical ride without too much fuss or flash. Not the flashiest design, but definitely a sensible and balanced option.
7To be honest, I didn’t buy the Corolla out of strong conviction at first. Back in April, I quickly bought a used car from the local market before the Eid holidays. Turned out to be a total disaster. I was in a rush and didn’t have time to go to a mechanic or deal with any hassle, so I drove it for a bit, sold it, and moved on. After that, I decided I wanted to buy something brand new, something I could stick with for 10 years without any headaches. I liked the look of both the Civic and the Corolla. I went to check them out, and while the Civic was really impressive, it was a bit too expensive—so I settled on the Corolla. Overall, the car is smooth and comfortable to drive. But when you're on an incline or waiting at a light on an uphill road, you can feel it struggle to get going—you have to press the gas harder, and the engine gets louder without the car really moving much. The front seats are good, but the rear bench isn’t very spacious. I was honestly disappointed to find that the rear seats don’t fold down, so if you want to carry large items, you’re out of luck. As for fuel consumption—those people claiming 5L/100km, I honestly don’t know how they’re getting that. In the city, I’ve been getting around 6.8 to 7.2, and I’m not a heavy-footed driver. From February 2 to early April, I drove about 4,600 km because I was using it for errands after work and even took a long round trip to Alexandria. One thing I really noticed is that the car doesn’t handle rough roads well—you really feel the bumps. In traffic, sometimes the car shakes a bit when moving slowly around 10 or 15 km/h—not always, but it happens. There's also a faint squeaking noise, like the A/C button is slightly loose—it only shows up on bumpy roads. Still, none of this changes the fact that the car is generally reliable and stable. It drives easily, and honestly, I’m quite content with it—especially after what I went through with that used car. For anyone thinking about getting a Corolla, just be realistic about what you’re looking for. It’s a great car for someone who wants something long-lasting, even if there are a few things that aren’t perfect.
