How do I use the steering wheel buttons to control the audio system on the Jeep Renegade? 🤔

Can the windows of a 2019 Jeep Renegade be raised with the button after the car is turned off?

I have a 2019 4WD model, and the fuel consumption is always around 11.6. Could it be related to those buttons like the low-speed 4WD? Did I press the wrong button while driving? Which button should I press for normal driving?
