Recently, we have seen from the website of China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) the declaration map of the new Chery Auto model Chery TIGGO 7. Previously, there was news that the car would be named Chery TIGGO 7 Sport, but from the declared information, the car would be named Chery TIGGO 7.
The declaration map shows that the whole TIGGO 7 car looks like a Land Rover, especially the front part.
For its dimensions, the new car length, width and height of 4545/1898/1670mm, wheelbase of 2672mm. Compared with the current TIGGO 7, its body dimensions have been lengthened, but still belongs to the compact SUV.
For engine, the new car will be equipped with a plug-in hybrid system consisting of a 1.5T engine and an electric motor, of which the 1.5T engine has a maximum power of 115kW. The use of lithium iron phosphate batteries, the declared value of fuel consumption is 1.27L/100km, and the fuel version of the model is equipped with a 1.6T engine with a maximum power of 145kW.
