The Chinese automotive market witnessed a major development with the launch of the Lynk & Co 900 hybrid SUV. Unveiled at a Shanghai event, the model aims to capture a share of the full size SUV segment and secured over 10,000 orders within its first hour on offer. Direct rivals include the Li L9, Denza N9, and Aito M9, underscoring Lynk & Co’s ambition to establish a foothold in the premium large SUV category.

Lynk & Co adopts the advanced SPA Evo platform for its 900 model, crafted specifically for full size SUVs with wheelbases exceeding three meters. The 900 measures 5,240 mm in length, 1,999 mm in width, and 1,810 mm in height, and its 3,160 mm wheelbase delivers an imposing road presence.

The cabin offers a flexible 2+2+2 seating layout. Second row seats swivel through 180° and fold to 90° for versatile configurations. By eliminating the traditional center tunnel, the 900 provides a flat floor design that improves passenger movement and maximizes legroom.

Powertrain Options

Explore the luxurious Lynk & Co 900 hybrid with a range of 1,443 km and advanced driving assistance features.
The Lynk & Co 900 is offered in four variants. The entry level model pairs a 1.5 L turbocharged engine delivering 140 kW with two electric motors, 160 kW at the front and 230 kW at the rear, for a combined peak output of 530 kW. This setup accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 4.8 seconds.

The two mid range variants upgrade to a 2.0 L turbo engine producing 187 kW alongside dual electric motors: a 123 kW front motor and a 230 kW rear motor combine for 353 kW total, enabling a 0–100 km/h time of 4.6 seconds. The flagship variant adds a third electric motor to raise the combined peak output to 650 kW and achieves 0–100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds.

All variants use ternary chemistry lithium ion battery packs. The entry level model carries a 44.85 kWh battery offering an electric only range of up to 220 km under CLTC testing. Mid-range and flagship models employ CATL’s 52.38 kWh Freevoy battery, extending the pure electric range to 268–280 km under the same standard.

Advanced Driver Assistance and Safety Features

Explore the luxurious Lynk & Co 900 hybrid with a range of 1,443 km and advanced driving assistance features.
The Lynk & Co 900 sets a new benchmark in its segment for driver assistance technology. Every trim comes standard with a roof mounted LiDAR sensor that precisely scans the surrounding environment. Higher end variants pack Nvidia Thor processors delivering up to 700 TOPS for the G-Pilot H7 suite, enabling near autonomous, door-to-door navigation, while entry level versions run on Orin X chips paired with the G-Pilot H5 package.

An automatic emergency braking system uses three independent sensor channels to stop the vehicle automatically at speeds up to 130 km/h (81 mph), significantly enhancing collision avoidance. The side structure incorporates hot stamped, one piece door ring components and advanced D-pillar design to boost rigidity and side impact protection.

Comprehensive Range and Luxurious Ride Experience

Explore the luxurious Lynk & Co 900 hybrid with a range of 1,443 km and advanced driving assistance features.
Combining hybrid efficiency and electric propulsion, the Lynk & Co 900 delivers a total range of up to 1,443 km when operating on both a full battery charge and a full tank of fuel. A limited time offer reduces the starting price from ¥309,900 to ¥289,900 (AED 156,865 to AED 146,742), designed to attract a broader clientele with competitive pricing and a rich feature set.

The cabin offers exceptional quietness thanks to double layered glass and sound absorbing materials that effectively block external noise, ensuring a serene environment at any speed or on any road surface. Its suspension system is also expertly tuned to absorb shocks and maintain precise handling across diverse terrains, resulting in a smooth, refined ride whether navigating city streets or cruising on the highway.

This launch reaffirms Lynk & Co’s commitment to expanding its footprint in the large SUV segment with a model that blends luxury, performance, and advanced technology. It also aligns with Zeekr Group’s post merger strategy to diversify its portfolio and intensify competition in the premium electric and hybrid vehicle markets.
