Saudi Traffic Department Wins Two Awards for Innovation and Sustainability

The Public Security in Saudi Arabia, represented by the Traffic Department, announced that it has recently achieved two significant awards in the fields of innovation and sustainability in traffic services. This honor was announced during the 2024 Abshir Forum.

The awards received include:
– The Creative Services Award for the service of registering minor accidents.
– The Sustainable Services Award for the vehicle transfer service.

Under the patronage of Minister of Interior Abdulaziz bin Saud, the Assistant Minister of Interior for Technical Affairs launched 15 new electronic services. This initiative is supported by the vision for the future of Abshir platform services, utilizing artificial intelligence technologies. Furthermore, outstanding individuals from regional emirates and sectors in the field of digital transformation were recognized.

The launch of the new services was led by Assistant Minister of Interior for Technical Affairs Bandar bin Abdullah bin Mushari at the 10th annual Abshir ceremony, held at the Ministry of Interior's staff club in Riyadh.
