BMW has officially launched the new 2025 M4 CS, a high-performance model that sits between the M4 and M4 Competition and the exclusive CSL variant. This vehicle boasts outstanding performance, a lightweight design, and powerful specifications. 
Enhanced Performance and Weight Reduction
The M4 CS utilizes carbon fiber to reduce weight, incorporating it into various components such as the roof, hood, side mirror caps, rear wing, and rear diffuser. It is equipped with lightweight M wheels and track-focused tires, along with M-developed carbon sports seats. Consequently, the car is 20 kilograms lighter than the M4 Competition. The new M4 CS is powered by a 3.0-liter twin-turbo inline-six engine, delivering 550 horsepower and 649 Nm of torque—an increase of 20 horsepower over the M4 Competition. This enables the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds, reaching a top speed of 302 km/h. 
Sporty Features and Driving Dynamics
The M4 CS features an active exhaust system that adjusts its sound based on the selected driving mode. While it comes with all-wheel drive, BMW has engineered the system to prioritize the rear wheels, allowing it to temporarily switch to rear-wheel drive for drifting and similar activities. The car is equipped with an exclusive 8-speed automatic transmission and M adaptive suspension that adjusts to road conditions, as well as chassis modifications to enhance stability.
Interior Luxury and Pricing
Interior features include a 14.9-inch central infotainment display, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, and the elimination of most physical buttons in favor of touchscreens. The seats offer electric adjustments, and illuminated M4 CS logos adorn the headrests. Production of the new BMW M4 CS 2025 model is set to commence at the Dingolfing plant in Germany in June 2024, with prices starting at $123,500 (approximately 463,000 SAR) before delivery costs and local taxes.
