BYD Denza D9 New 2023 in-depth Walkaround BYD has launched the Denza D9 in China, featuring two variants based on its advanced platforms. The electric version relies on BYD's cutting-edge e-platform 3.0, while the hybrid model utilizes the DM-i platform. Excitingly, the D9 marks the first release of three new Denza models set to hit the market this year. Additionally, the upcoming Denza series will showcase five more products, each named after the letters D, E, N, Z, and A, forming the word "DENZA." For the hybrid models, drivers can expect an impressive driving range of 945 to 1040 kilometers, including a pure electric range of 190 kilometers. With rapid 80kW DC fast charging capabilities and exceptional fuel efficiency at 6.2 liters per 100 kilometers, the D9 hybrid versions offer a versatile and eco-friendly driving experience. These hybrids employ a dynamic EHS170 electric hybrid system, coupling a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine with an electric motor, supported by a 3-in-1 rear-drive hybrid assembly. As for its dimensions, the D9 measures 5250mm in length, 1960mm in width, and 1920mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3110mm. This substantial size ensures ample space and comfort for occupants during their journeys.
