Acura announced that the all-new ADX small crossover will debut late this fall. This crossover will be smaller than the RDX compact crossover and is likely to be tagged as a 2025 model.
Mike Langel, assistant vice president of Acura National Sales, stated, "The all-new Acura ADX is another exciting model positioned at the gateway of our lineup, attracting a new generation of buyers to the Acura brand."
In addition to the Integra compact hatchback and the RDX, the ADX will join the MDX three-row SUV and the ZDX electric crossover that crowns the lineup. 
While the ADX might end up being the least expensive crossover in Acura's expanding lineup, it will come with premium options such as a panoramic moonroof, cooled front seats, and a Bang & Olufsen audio system.
These features were also teased in images released on Wednesday. Acura previously offered a crossover smaller than the RDX, known as the CDX, which was sold exclusively in China from 2016 to 2022.
Although Acura considered bringing the CDX to the U.S., it ultimately ruled it out due to the vehicle's small size.
The CDX was the corporate cousin of the previous-generation Honda HR-V subcompact crossover. A redesigned HR-V sharing its platform with the compact Civic and Integra was launched in the U.S. for the 2023 model year and will likely be the basis for the ADX. The latest HR-V measures 179.8 inches long, 7.6 inches shorter than the RDX.
It is powered by a 2.0-liter inline-4 engine that produces 158 hp. The engine is paired with a CVT and drives the front wheels as standard, with an available all-wheel-drive option.
