Mitsubishi has recently unveiled an exciting concept car called the DST, a mid-size SUV that accommodates seven passengers. The company plans to launch the production model in 2025, generating anticipation.
This new vehicle will join Mitsubishi's SUV lineup in Asia, which includes models such as the X-Force, Pajero Sport, and Expander Cross. Currently, Mitsubishi is tight-lipped about the technical specifications of the car.
Unique Features of Mitsubishi DST
The DST features a boxy design typical of Mitsubishi, with a large honeycomb front grille, T-shaped LED headlights, chrome accents, muscular fenders, and oversized wheels. The concept version even replaces side mirrors with cameras, although this may change in the production model.
The interior is relatively luxurious, emphasizing soft-touch materials on the dashboard and doors, with a futuristic center console and fully digital gauges. Mitsubishi has also included foldable tables in the backrests of the front seats, along with separate climate control systems for the second-row passengers.
As for the technical specifications, all we know for now is that the vehicle will come with a front-wheel-drive system, with more details to be revealed as we approach its launch in 2025.
