Cadillac has officially introduced the all-new Optiq 2025, a luxury electric crossover specifically designed for the American market, with a starting price of $54,000 (202,000 SAR).
Powertrain and Performance Specifications
The 2025 Cadillac Optiq is equipped with dual electric motors and an all-wheel drive system, generating an impressive 304 horsepower and 479 Nm of torque. Its 85 kWh battery supports an extensive range of 483 kilometers on a single charge and is compatible with fast DC charging technology, allowing drivers to recharge 127 kilometers of range in just 10 minutes.
Notably, the Optiq shares a modern design language with its upscale sibling, the Cadillac Lyriq, featuring a bold black front grille and a panoramic glass roof, while being approximately 152 millimeters shorter than the Lyriq.
Luxurious Interior and Advanced Technology
The interior of the Optiq closely resembles that of the Lyriq, featuring an expansive 33-inch display with integrated Google services and an AKG audio system with 19 speakers. Furthermore, it incorporates GM's advanced Super Cruise technology, allowing for hands-free driving in designated situations.
Production of the Cadillac Optiq 2025 is set to begin this fall for the American market, following the recent unveiling of its Chinese counterpart at the Beijing International Auto Show.
